More Giveaway Pointers

I hope you all are enjoying the giveaway opportunities I posted about earlier. There are some awesome giveaways! It's continually updated, so continue to check back.

Another good reasons to join some these giveaways is that you often get an extra entry for adding that blog to your blog reader. The giveaway generally takes place within a week or two, so you get to read this person’s blog for a week and become acquainted with it. After that week or so, we can decide whether or not the information in that person’s blog is useful to you, and remove it from your blog roll if it isn’t. I’ve discovered some of my favorite blogs this way!

Make sure to re-visit my blog post about Giveaways 101 for other pointers!

Blog Giveaways

There are some great giveaways going on on the web right now! If you read my other blog, you know I have recently won 2 blog giveaways, and even received one of those items already. These things work!

But you do need to be selective and read the directions. Some simply require a comment. Some require you leave your e-mail address; make sure to use your alternate e-mail address and leave it in this format: name at server dot com. Otherwise, a spambot will find your e-mail and spam you. Some require that you do something, like go to the website of the giveaway product and pick the one you like.

Then you need to add the blog to your blog reader, or you might miss the announcement of who wins.

So here's a list of some giveaways. Again, be selective or you'll find yourself having to sign up for 600+ blogs :)
